Asber’s countertop griddles are engineered for durability and high performance in demanding kitchen environments. These units feature all stainless-steel construction, including the interior, exterior front, and sides, as well as burner support and pilot tubing. This comprehensive stainless-steel design ensures longevity and resilience in high-volume foodservice operations.
Safety and convenience are prioritized with a 5″ stainless-steel bull nose landing ledge, heat-resistant Zamac knobs for added durability, and a reinforced valve system for enhanced safety. All units are ETL certified under ANSI Z83.11-CSA 1.8 standard, guaranteeing compliance with rigorous safety and performance requirements.
The standard cooking surface is constructed of cold-rolled steel plate, 5/8″ thick, welded to the perimeter top of the truss for optimal heat retention and distribution. “H” series models feature an upgraded cooking surface with cold-rolled steel plates of either 3/4″ or 1″ thickness, depending on the specific model, providing even greater heat retention and durability.
U-Type burners are strategically placed every 12″ to ensure even heat distribution across the griddle surface. For added convenience and safety, the griddles feature 14-gauge stainless-steel 4″ back and side splashes. Each burner is equipped with an independent pilot for precise control and efficient operation.
A 4″ grease trough channel facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring hygienic operation.
