Asber’s countertop charbroilers are engineered for durability and high performance in demanding kitchen environments. These units feature all stainless-steel construction, including the interior, exterior front, and sides, as well as burner support and pilot tubing. This comprehensive stainless-steel design ensures longevity and resilience in high-volume foodservice operations.
Safety and convenience are prioritized with a 5″ stainless-steel bull nose landing ledge, heat-resistant Zamac knobs for added durability, and a reinforced valve system for enhanced safety. All units are ETL certified under ANSI Z83.11-CSA 1.8 standard, guaranteeing compliance with rigorous safety and performance requirements.
The cooking surface is powered by flute-type burners, each delivering 16,000 BTU per hour and placed every 6″ for even heat distribution across the grilling surface. The exception is the AERB-12 model, which features a U-type burner with a higher output of 24,000 BTU. To minimize excessive flare-ups, the units are equipped with cast iron “V” shaped removable radiant deflectors.
The reversible cast iron grate includes a grease trough for efficient grease management. For added convenience and safety, the charbroilers feature 14-gauge stainless-steel 4″ back and side splashes. Each burner is equipped with an independent pilot for precise control and efficient operation.
A full-size stainless-steel drip tray, removable for easy cleaning, is included to facilitate maintenance and hygiene.
