Asber’s commercial fryers are engineered for durability, efficiency, and ease of use in demanding kitchen environments. These units feature all stainless-steel construction, including the interior and exterior front and sides, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The heart of the fryer is a welded 16-gauge stainless-steel tank with an extra smooth peened finish, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
For maximum efficiency, high-temperature stainless-steel heat baffles are mounted to the heat exchanger tubes. The fryer is powered by robust “Guitar” type burners, each delivering 35,000 BTU, providing rapid heat recovery and consistent cooking temperatures. Temperature control is managed by an electromechanical thermostat with a range from 200°F to 400°F, allowing for precise cooking across various food items.
For convenient maintenance, a 1-1/4″ diameter drain valve is included, facilitating easy cleaning of the tank. The fryer comes standard with two nickel-plated oblong wire mesh baskets featuring cool grip coated handles for safe and comfortable operation.
The unit is supported by 6″ adjustable legs, allowing for leveling on uneven surfaces and providing clearance for cleaning underneath. All Asber fryers are ETL certified under the ANSI Z83.11-CSA 1.8 standard, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and performance requirements for commercial cooking equipment.
