Asber’s Gas Restaurant Ranges are engineered for durability and performance in demanding kitchen environments. These ranges feature all stainless-steel construction, including the interior, exterior front, and sides, as well as grate supports, burner support, and pilot tubing. The heavy-gauge welded frame rests on 6″ adjustable legs, while the stainless-steel back riser is robust enough to support a broiler without additional reinforcement. A standard stainless-steel cantilever shelf is included, with an optional extended shelf available for broiler mounting.
Safety and convenience are prioritized with a 5″ stainless-steel bull nose landing ledge, heat-resistant Zamac knobs for added durability, and a reinforced valve system for enhanced safety. All units are ETL certified under ANSI Z83.11-CSA 1.8 standard.
The open burner configuration boasts 30,000 BTU cast iron lift-off burners, complemented by heavy-duty 12″ x 12″ cast iron top grates with pilot protection. Each burner has an independent pilot, and a stainless-steel drip tray is included for easy cleaning.
For griddle models, the range features stainless-steel U-type burners delivering 20,000 BTU per hour, placed every 12″ for even heat distribution. The stainless-steel perimeter top includes a 3/4″ thick cold-rolled steel plate welded to the perimeter, and a 4″ grease trough channel facilitates efficient cleanup.
The oven compartment features a stainless-steel interior with a porcelain back door and bottom. The removable stainless-steel door allows for easy cleaning and is equipped with an oversized, durable handle. Temperature is thermostatically controlled from 250°F to 500°F with manual ignition. One stainless-steel oven rack is provided as standard, and the oven can accommodate full-size sheet pans (18″ x 26″).
