Asber’s innovative design incorporates a unique airflow system that evenly distributes air across the entire length of the top rails, maintaining condiments at their optimal temperatures. FLEXIBLE DRAWER KIT SOLUTIONS
Asber’s pizza preparation units offer exceptional versatility and durability, featuring field-installed stainless steel drawer kits that provide flexible storage configurations from 1/9 to 1/1 pans (sold separately). The units include an insulated mullion with a magnetic strip, ensuring optimal temperature retention and a secure seal. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawers feature full-length recessed handles and robust stainless steel slides rated to hold up to 100 pounds, capable of accommodating 6-inch deep pans on both top and bottom levels.
