The Asber ACBR series Chef Base Refrigerators are designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens, combining durability, hygiene, and functionality. Featuring a stainless-steel exterior on the front and sides with a galvanized back, these units ensure a robust construction that withstands the daily wear and tear of restaurant environments. The complete stainless-steel interior is not only rugged but also easy to clean, featuring coved corner floors that comply with NSF standards, thus enhancing sanitation and safety in your establishment.
The drawer construction is a critical component of the Chef Base’s durability. Asber equips these units with fully stainless-steel drawers that include long-lasting slides, magnetic one-piece door gaskets for an airtight seal, and full-length recessed drawer handles for easy access. Insulation plays a vital role in thermal efficiency, and Asber utilizes Ecomate™ insulation, which is 2 inches thick and recognized for its superior Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) ratings. This insulation ensures optimal temperature control while minimizing environmental impact.
In addition to its robust construction and insulation, the ACBR series incorporates innovative technology, utilizing R-290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets DOE Energy Conservation standards with a very low contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3).
