Freight charges are based on the percentage of their order total from one shipping location.  To obtain a freight quote outside the given area, please contact the Onnera Group prior to your order.

General Shipping Charges:

• Refrigeration:
  • 10% of order from the nearest shipping point.
• Cooking:
  • 1 pc. = 25%
  • 3 pcs or more = 10%
• Dishwasher
  • Undercounter = $ 300 freight allowance
  • Door Style = $ 400 freight allowance

• Free freight for orders above $ 3500 (Mix and Match)

This is for Refrigeration and Cooking Equipment or any combination thereof.

• Additional charges not included above:
  • Lift gate: $ 50
  • Residential / Limited access delivery: $ 90
• Additional fees can apply (i.e., Redelivery due to no customer at location, change of address, etc.)

Regional Distribution Centers

• All shipments are based on deliveries from the nearest Distribution centers.

If stock is not available, Dealer will be notified with items on backorder.  If backorder items need to be included in shipment, then the backorder will be quoted at standard freight from another Distribution center for approval.     

• If the total order exceeds $ 3500 for free freight, then the Dealer will be charged the difference in freight on the backorder.

Restocking Fee

25% restocking fee if an order is cancelled or refused after it is shipped (for any reason other than freight damage), full freight will be charged along with a 25% restocking fee on the return unit.  The unit must be in its original packaging and intact.

Freight Damages

Check all shipments to be free and clear of any visible damage before signing the BOL.  If there is any damage, overage or shortages, it MUST be noted on the BOL or Proof of Delivery notice before signing.  Please be specific.  All notices of concealed damage must be reported to Onnera with 72 hours.

Parts and Accessories           

Parts and accessories are excluded from Onnera’ s general freight guidelines.  Orders for parts and accessories alone will be shipped via UPS and charged standard freight rates.  If order that accompany an equipment order will be delivered according to the orders program.
